Eurobank concludes acquisition of Piraeus Bank's subsidiary in Bulgaria
Eurobank Ergasias SA on Friday announced the conclusion of the acquisition of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD, a subsidiary of Piraeus Bank, by Eurobank's subsidiary in Bulgaria, Eurobank Bulgaria AD, following receipt of the relevant regulatory approvals.
