One billion euro tranche secured, finally.
The good news is that Greece will receive its delayed July sub-tranche of 1 billion euros. The money is expected to be transferred to the Greek government's Debt account at the Bank of Greece no later than Friday.

No Troika in Athens Before 9 December
A return of troika representatives to Athens before the 9th December Eurogroup is not foreseen was the statement made by Simon O'Connor, spokesperson for Olli Rehn, European Commissioner responsible for Economic and Monetary Affairs.
