Recently-crowned Greek champions Olympiakos Piraeus scored twice in the last three minutes to beat Panathinaikos 3-1 thanks to late goals by Manuel da Costa and Brown Ideye in a thrilling Athens derby on Sunday.

The first derby of the season came very early in Greece as toning the two European power houses played against each other in an amazing derby once more. The silent SEF (due to punishment of Olympiakos home court) was like a ghost as only the players and their coaches were in the court.

In their worst season opening in ages, Olympiacos Piraeus had their second consecutive defeat in a week, this time in Champions League against Malmo, in Sweden.
