European leaders and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan are meeting in Varna, Bulgaria for the EU Summit Meeting, with the provocative Turkish actions and the refugee crisis on the agenda of talks.

The refugee crisis is a global and European crisis and Europe should see it as a common problem and face it collectively, said Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in his statements after the completion of the EU Summit on Migration in Vienna on Saturday.

Over 5,000 migrants and refugees are currently on Lesvos island including 90 persons that reached the coast of Mytilene early Tuesday.
