Stock exchange scandal case to be retried
The 42 persons that were found not guilty for the huge Athens stock exchange scandal in which thousands of small time investors lost all their savings, at the same time as the assets of insurance funds were looted, in order to reinforce exchange speculation, will be facing trial again.

Prosecutor wants to re-open stock exchange case
Supreme court prosecutor Efterpi Koutzamani called the decision to let 42 defendants in the stock market bubble “provocative.” The prosecutor also said that she is waiting for the decision to be registered so she can proceed to lifting the decision, asking at the same time to be handed the decision as soon as possible.
