Greek 10-year bond reaches historic low in Friday's trading

The 10-year Greek bond fell beneath the 3-percent yield in trading on Friday, a historic low that comes days after ruling SYRIZA party suffered a convincing defeat in the European Parliament election and in the first round of municipal and regional elections.

Greek 10-year bond yields fall to lowest level since January 2006

Greek 10-year bond yields fell to the lowest level in more than 13 years on Monday as encouraging news and zero German Bund yields led investors to more riskier sectors of the market. The 10-year Greek state bond yield fell below 3.5 pct for the first time since January 2006, at 3.477 pct.
