The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) on Monday launched a Public Offering of a stake of up to 22% of its holdings in Piraeus Bank, corresponding to 275,080,789 existing common registered dematerialised voting shares, with a nominal value of 0.93 euros each.

Greece's bank rescue fund HFSF said on Wednesday it may call an extraordinary shareholders meeting at the National Bank of Greece (NBG) to discuss the appointment of the bank’s new chairman, Panayotis Thomopoulos earlier in the day.
