Με 51 ψήφους υπέρ έναντι 38 κατά και 6 "παρών" υπερψηφίστηκε από το Γ' Θερινό Τμήμα της Βουλής η επίμαχη τροπολογία με τις διορθώσεις του ΕΝΦΙΑ. Θετική ψήφο έδωσαν οι βουλευτές της ΝΔ και του ΠΑΣΟΚ, αρνητική οι συνάδελφοι τους από τον ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, την ΔΗΜΑΡ, τους ΑΝΕΛ και τη Χρυσή Αυγή ενώ "παρών" δήλωσαν οι βουλευτές του ΚΚΕ και οι ανεξάρτητοι βουλευτές Γρηγόρης Ψαριανός και Βασίλης Οικονόμου.
