The International Monetary Fund's spokesman denied rumors that a meeting to discuss the Greek debt was set in Washington, DC for November.
The government said lenders are unhappy with additions MPs attached to the legislation to dilute its effect on low-income groups and prevent mass repossessions.
The Finance ministry announced that the primary budget surplus in the January to August period is 1.95 billion euros, against the target of 962 million euros.
