In the context of the 26th Annual Capital Link Capital Link Forum “Greece Speeding Ahead Post Investment Upgrade” which took place on Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Metropolitan Club in New York City, Capital Link hosted a Greek Government Roundtable with a group of investors.
With a 26-year track record of success, held on an annual basis, the Forum has been engaged in a systematic effort to highlight Greece’s profile to a global business and investment audience, and was once again an excellent platform for the exchange of ideas and the promotion of the country's investment opportunities. In addition, the Roundtable Discussion provided a unique opportunity for the Ministers of the Greek Government for an open dialogue with 22 investment funds and companies, regarding the reforms and development strategies of Greece, in addition to the intervention that each official had addressing the forum audience, and the individual meetings hosted separately for each one.

Dr. Yannis Stournaras, Governor, Bank of Greece, also participated in the Roundtable discussion.
Moderator of the Roundtable was Dr. Marinos Giannopoulos, CEO of Enterprise Greece, who upon opening the discussion, referred to the recent upgrade of the country's long-term credit rating to BBB from BBB- by Scope Ratings, who cited fiscal discipline, the reduction of public debt and the resilience of the banking system, which highlights the country's stable economic course.
