As expected, Prokopis Pavlopoulos was elected as the seventh President of the third Hellenic Republic replacing outgoing President Karolos Papoulias.
"The letter from Athens is hardly a solution proposal," said the representative of the Finance Minister of Germany Martin Jaeger, while noting that in fact it aimed at a funding “bridge” without fulfilling the requirements of the program.
Police have arrested an Albanian national on charges of multiple homicide, alleging he had committed at least three murders against employers.
