A 29-year-old is accused of turning an apartment in Thessaloniki where police officers found more than 10kg of raw cannabis into adrug retail outlet.

A fully equipped and organized lab - a cannabis hydroponic nursery, was discovered by officers from the Attica Drug Enforcement Administration, in a secret underground compartment in Aigaleo, as the lab's entrance was accessed through a bedroom closet.

Greek authorities have seized a massive haul of cannabis at a cove near the town of Gytheio located in the Laconian bay in the southern Peloponnese.
