The 2025 Parade Committee of the Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater New York has previously announced the three Grand Marshals for the 86^th Greek Parade on Fifth Avenue to be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025, in celebration of the 204^th Anniversary of the start of the Greek War for Independence of 1821.

This was accomplished by actor, director, and writer, Christopher Papakaliatis with his film "What If " (or "Av" in Greek) as part of the 7th Annual New York City Greek Film Festival, which is running from October 3rd through October 16th.
