Greek banks further reduced their borrowing from the Emergency Liquidity Assistance mechanism, the Bank of Greece said on Thursday.
A report released by the European Central Bank (ECB) reveals that Greeks have lost 40% of their wealth.
The Governing Council of the European Central Bank approved a request by the Bank of Greece to lower the ELA-ceiling for Greek banks to 51.1 billion euros, up to and including Wednesday, 16 November 2016.
