This  year's   “Let's Clean Up Europe” campaign  has commenced in a very encouraging wa  with an extensive participation of European   citizens.   

This summer, as has been the case for the last 37 years, HELMEPA is circulating motivational posters to remind us all of our duty to ourselves not to throw garbage in seas and on beaches!

Maine litter impacts, to a larger or smaller degree, all areas of our Planet. Since 1985, the extent of this problem is brought to the forefront by the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) campaign, an initiative of the evironmental NGO Ocean Conservancy.
