Main opposition New Democracy President Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Thursday met with U.S. Ambassador in Athens Geoffrey Pyatt, who congratulated him on his party's results in the European and local elections in Greece.

“Gaining the absolute majority is not an end in itself”, New Democracy President Kyriakos Mitsotakis said in his interview on Ante-1 TV’s main news bulletin.
