The Great Days of Nemea is an institution that has been taking place for the last 17 years (since 2004). The loyal audience, which have gained numbers all these years of the event, are looking forward every year for the first weekend of September, when the Great Days of Nemea take place.

An astonishing case of illicit antiquity dealings, involving an incalculable cultural value head of a Kouros, was uncovered by the Attica Security Directorate's Department of Cultural Heritage and Antiquities.

“Cultural wealth, will remain under state control because it belongs to the Greek people,” said the Culture minister, in response to reports suggesting the privatization of ancient monuments.
