The Board of Appeals demanded the 85 defendants to be trialed fo match fixing in 2011, exempting Vangelis Marinakis. On the contrary, Achilles Mpeos, Giorgos Tsakogiannis and Giannis Kompotis are indicted. Since the decree will be claimed invalid, Marinakis exemption from "Koriopolis" will not be valid together with Mpeos's indictement. This means that he can remain mayor of Volos.
