Turkish entrepreneur on sailing trip to Mykonos missing - Yacht found cut in half

The search for 43-year-old Turkish businessman Halit Yukay, who has been missing since Saturday night (2/8), when he departed from Gialova in southwestern Turkey with his yacht, Graywolf, bound for Mykonos, remains fruitless.
The Turkish coast guard located the wreckage of the yacht off Prokonnisos, which was damaged and half-sunken, with no trace of the 43-year-old. The disappearance of Yukay, who is known for his successful career in the luxury yacht sector, has caused concern and uncertainty.
Cargo ship captain's chilling testimony
A cargo ship captain who allegedly saw the wreckage of the yacht, during his testimony, stated that while his ship was in the sea area, he noticed "two pieces of wood" and a lifeboat. He stated that he did not understand the connection with the missing yacht and continued his journey, while later informing his company about the situation.
Halit Yukay: The man behind Mazu Yachts
Halit Yukay was born in Istanbul in 1982 and is the founder of the company Mazu Yachts, which specializes in the construction of luxury yachts. The company, which was founded in 2011, has become known for the quality and technology of its boats, attracting customers from all over the world, including prominent figures from Turkey and abroad.

Yukay, a lover of the sea since childhood, had shown his interest in boats since the age of 6, designing his first boat in a school notebook. His love of sailing and the family tradition of boats seem to have shaped his character and his professional career.

The Turkish businessman is married to a Greek woman, who works as a Marketing and Public Relations manager in his company. They have a child together, as can be seen from his wife’s social media profile. His personal connection to Greece adds another interesting element to the already complicated case.
Suspense continues - Searches fruitless
Youkai's last known communication links were made on Saturday, before contact with him was lost. His relatives, concerned about his disappearance, informed the authorities, and on Monday night, the Turkish coast guard began searches to locate him. During the searches, the wreckage of the Graywolf was located, but so far not the slightest trace of the businessman has been found.
The Turkish coast guard, along with helicopters and divers, continue their search efforts, without however having brought any concrete results so far.
