A second Hellenic Navy ship is being routed to Libya. The order was given to the general support ship Prometheus, the fleet's biggest vessel.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cyprus has released a Travel Advisory, warning its citizens that are in Libya to leave as soon as possible and instructs Cypriots not to travel to the nation.
