Eγκαταλείπουν την Κριμαία και επίσημα οι Ουκρανικές δυνάμεις μετά από εντολή του υπηρεσιακού Πρωθυπουργού της χώρας Αλεξάντρ Τουρτσίνοφ. Ουσιαστικά το Κίεβο παραδέχτηκε την ήττα έναντι των Ρωσικών ένοπλων δυνάμεων αλλά και των ρωσικών παραστρατιωτικών ομάδων.
