Malaysian Prime Minister Confirms Flight 370 Crash
Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak confirmed today that Malaysia Flight 370 crashed in the southern Indian Ocean, determined by a recent satellite data analysis, administered by accident examiners and a British satellite company.
However, he didn't depict the origin of the analysis. "They have told us all lives are lost", stated a passenger's relative in Beijing.
Questions continue to remain unanswered regarding just what went amiss inflight and the exact area as to where the jetliner went down. Mixed emotions linger for the many families affected. Of hearing the news in Kuala Lumpur, a mother cried: "My son, my daughter-in-law and granddaughter were all on board. All three family members are gone. I am desperate!". Another woman exclaimed: "Where is the proof? You haven't confirmed the suspected objects to tell us no one survived".
Air industry investigators still haven't located even a portion of the plane. The Prime Minister claimed it was "far from any possible landing sites". His statement followed a text message from Malaysia Airlines sent to concerned families that read the airway: "...deeply regrets that we have to assume beyond any reasonable doubt that MH370 has been lost and that none of those onboard survived". Malaysia Airlines stated that it will fly relatives to Australia once the plane's remains have been erected.
