The Greek manufacturing sector fell deeper into recession in October as both production and new orders fell in the month, Markit said on Tuesday.
The Markit Greece Manufacturing PMI came in at 49.70 in April of 2016, up from 49 in the previous month, the highest since January.
Markit announced that the Greek PMI fell to 50.0 in January from 50.2 in December, exactly at Markit’s critical no-change threshold, signalling a stabilisation of operating conditions in the sector, Markit announced yesterday.
