The shipping and island policy minister in Greece, long-time New Democracy (ND) party MP Miltiades Varvitsiotis, on Monday tendered his resignation, which was accepted by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. The post has been taken over by Christos Stylianides.
