Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Evangelos Venizelos offered the following statement, after meeting with United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.

Cyprus received 373,086 tourists last month, in comparison to last year's same timeframe that held 352,215 travelers, marking a 5.9% rise as confirmed by the nation's Statistical Service.

The Cypriot economy is now heading on the right path, while a new wave of international investments have begun on the island, as confirmed by the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency Chairman Christodoulos Angastiniotis.
