The first permit for a skyscraper in Greece was issued, as announced, last night, by the Minister of Development, Adonis Georgiadis.

Hard Rock International and top Greek construction contractor GEK Terna on Tuesday evening unveiled their ambitious plan for the creation and management of an integrated resort casino (IRC) at the landmark Helleniko land development project in coastal southeast Athens.

The implementation of the project concerning the design of the strategy for the development of smart city services for Ellinikon and Lamda Development, was undertaken by Deloitte, in collaboration with AFRY and a team of specialized consultants.
