"When people will have to decide whether we will continue forward together, despite any mistakes and omissions, or whether we will go back to the dark days, their decision will be clear," Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras said late on Sunday in an interview with public broadcaster ERT3.

Arriving for the European leaders' summit in Brussels on Thursday, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras expressed hope that the European Council will take absolutely clear decisions on two crucial issues: the leadership of the European Commission and Turkey's violations in the Cyprus Republic's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, in coordination with the President of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades, is expected to raise to the European Council the issue of the immediate examination and adoption of measures against Turkey, as long as the neighboring country insists on its actions in the Eastern Mediterranean, according to government sources.
