Greece: Gateway for Indian agricultural products to the EU

A new chapter in Greece's relations with India comes with the memorandum of cooperation that came to Parliament for ratification and which upgrades the relationship between the two countries to a strategic relationship, through the agri-food sector. A relationship that will be further be strengthened by the visit of the Minister of Fisheries, Livestock and Dairying, Parshotam Rupala, to Athens in January.

Tilda Swinton-Olivier Saillard show 'Embodying Pasolini' coming to Onassis Stegi in December

Oscar-winning British actress Tilda Swinton and fashion curator Olivier Saillard will for the first time present the results of one of their collaborations at the Onassis Foundation's Stegi in Athens, with the ritualistic performance "Embodying Pasolini", which features the costumes and props used in the films of the unforgettable director, Pier Paolo Pasolini, who was brutally murdered in 1975 at the age of 53.

Dendias Armed Forces' Day message: Greece's armed forces are 'a symbol of national presence and survival',

In an age when challenges to security are evolving, the Armed Forces are "elements of our national constitution, they are a symbol of national presence and survival. They send the message that Greece can ensure its independence, preserve its territorial integrity and defend its sovereign rights," National Defence Minister Nikos Dendias said in a message to the military on Monday, ahead of the celebration of Armed Forces Day on November 21.
