Greeks are completely disappointed with the situation in the country, including the economy, the political institutions and the function of democracy, according to the Eurobarometer results released on Wednesday.

Competitiveness of Greece’s economy at the same levels as last year
In its report, World Economic Forum (WEF) ranks Greece in the 87th place among 137 countries globally, with respect to competitiveness. Based on 2016 data, the total score for Greece, which has lost one place in this year's ranking compared to last year, is 4.02 out of 7, that is slightly higher than last year's 4. The most competitive countries are Switzerland, the US and Singapore.

Greece needs to create wealth first, SEV president says
“The problem in Greece is wealth creation and not its distribution, the goal for a fair growth will come later,” Theodoros Fessas, president of the Federation of Hellenic Enterprises (SEV) said on Monday.
