EOT has put under its auspices two events that contribute to the promotion of sports tourism and the promotion of Cretan gastronomy in the context of the Organization's support in events that enrich the Greek tourism product and promote the alternative forms of tourism offered by Greece.
Greece’s relevant tourism minister on Thursday used the well-known Cape Sounion archaeological site, which combines ancient marble columns, a quintessentially Grecian landscape and the blue Aegean, to essentially kick-off the all-important 2021 tourism campaign in the east Mediterranean country.
The strategy of Hellenic Tourism Organization EOT is the promotion of Greece as an international center of culture and sustainability, underlined the President of EOT, Angela Gerekou, welcoming the start of the work of the 2nd International Conference “Dive in Blue Growth”, which is being conducted online from today 12 to 14 May by the European program “MyDryDive” to promote accessibility in areas with underwater cultural treasures.
