Στα δικαστήρια είναι διατεθειμένη να οδηγήσει η διοίκηση της ΕΡΤ τους παρόχους τηλεοπτικού προγράμματος κάθε μορφής που αναμεταδίδουν τα κανάλια της χωρίς άδεια σε Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, Καναδά και Αυστραλία, σύμφωνα με δημοσίευμα της εφημερίδας το "Παρόν".
