Germany has rejected calls from the European Commission asking the country to take in more unaccompanied migrant children from overcrowded refugee camps in Greece.

The European Commission is taking Greece to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failing to comply with a 2017 ruling that called on the government to recover 135.8 million euros in illegally granted aid to the Larco mining company, it announced on Wednesday.
