European Commission taking Greece to court for failure to recover state aid from Larco
The European Commission is taking Greece to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failing to comply with a 2017 ruling that called on the government to recover 135.8 million euros in illegally granted aid to the Larco mining company, it announced on Wednesday.
