The Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) of Greece ruled on Tuesday that Iranian citizen Sharareh Khademi should not be extradited.

A Turkish court has begun extradition proceedings for Turkish former international football player Arif Erdem, who faces a possible 15-year prison sentence in Turkey for alleged membership of the outlawed Gülen religious movement, Turkish news site Diken reported.

Another negative response was handed by the Council of Appeals to a request by Turkey for the extradition of Turkish citizen of Kurdish origin Mehmet Dogan.
