A historic decision of the Greek Justice was announced today (7 October), after the Golden Dawn party was convicted as a criminal organization.

Eight individuals were detained on Saturday night after hooded youths hurled petrol bombs towards riot police in scuffles near the main offices of extreme-right Golden Dawn party in Ambelokipi on Saturday night.

Violence began after dozens of hooded demonstrators in Keratsini broke off from the initially peaceful march and police fired teargas at them.
