A final nod on Thursday by Gastrade shareholders to proceed with the construction of an independent natural gas system in the Alexandroupolis region – extreme northeast Greece — generated kudos from several involved parties a day later.

Η Τελική Επενδυτική Απόφαση (FID) για την κατασκευή του πλωτού Τερματικού Σταθμού Υγροποιημένου Φυσικού Αερίου (LNG) Αλεξανδρούπολης ελήφθη σήμερα, ανακοίνωσε η εταιρεία Gastrade που αναπτύσσει το έργο. Η λήψη της FID αποτελεί το τελευταίο αλλά πιο σημαντικό βήμα για την έναρξη των κατασκευαστικών εργασιών.  

Gastrade on Tuesday launched a “market test” for the Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) terminal station in Alexandroupolis in the framework of which interested companies will express their intention for the exploitation of the infrastructure in the transport of natural gas.
