Deposits in Greek banks recorded a € 600 million decline in November, with increased tax liabilities peaking in the third quarter of the year.

S&P Global Ratings on Tuesday raised its long and short term issuer credit ratings on four Greek banks, Alpha Bank, Eurobank Ergasias, National Bank of Greece, and Piraeus Bank to 'B-/B' from 'CCC+/C' and said the outlook on them is stable.

Moody's Investors Service upgraded on Tuesday the long-term deposit ratings of Piraeus Bank and the National Bank of Greece. to "Caa2" from "Caa3", and affirmed Alpha Bank, Eurobank Ergasias and Attica Bank long-term deposit ratings at "Caa3".
