The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) on Monday launched a Public Offering of a stake of up to 22% of its holdings in Piraeus Bank, corresponding to 275,080,789 existing common registered dematerialised voting shares, with a nominal value of 0.93 euros each.
