Today, Lamda Development presented its design for the creation of The Ellinikon Park, the largest coastal park in Europe, which will be positioned in the heart of The Ellinikon. This is the company’s fifth consecutive online presentation about the projects of the iconic urban regeneration project of The Ellinikon, which will transform a unique area in the south of Athens into a world-class model city.

The implementation of the project concerning the design of the strategy for the development of smart city services for Ellinikon and Lamda Development, was undertaken by Deloitte, in collaboration with AFRY and a team of specialized consultants.

Their total value amounts to 950 million euros, most of which have already been sold. The buyers, mostly Greeks from abroad, have "seized" apartments, villas, two-story and three-story houses straight from the architectural plans.
