The High Authority on Public Revenue (AADE) fell hard during the Pentecost three day weekend, placing padlocks on companies that evaded taxation on islands and on mainland Greece.

According to a complaint made on social media, the Fabrica restaurant, on Mykonos, ridiculously overcharged a group of tourists for two eggs sunny side up: They had to pay 9.90 euros per serving of fried eggs, or EUR 19.80 for four fried eggs, which were accompanied by two slices of bread.
