Sky News reported on three “private meetings” between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis and the chairman and three members of the board of directors of the British Museum regarding the return of the Parthenon Sculptures n Monday morning, a day before the Greek Prime Minister’s meeting with his British counterpart.

The British Museum and the government seem ready for a deal with Greece - "Maybe there will be an exchange with other antiquities from Greece" writes the magazine

Sir Mark Jones, the former interim director of the British Museum, has proposed a shared ownership agreement for the Parthenon Marbles between the UK and Greece.
