A 7-year-old girl died after falling into a glass door while playing in an apartment in the southern Athens suburb of Kallithea, prompting police to arrest her 37-year-old aunt on suspicion of manslaughter by negligence.

A 29-year-old Greek woman and her former 33-year-old Polish partner confessed on Saturday to the killing of the woman's 7-year-old boy in 2017, said the Hellenic Police.
