Anyone that’s ever traveled to Lefkada has been tempted to one of the island’s long established tourist rituals; a boat trip from the small town of Nidri to the small neighbouring islands – Meganissi, Madouri and, most notably, Skorpios.

Greece’s private island of Skorpios is set to become the home of dozens of luxury villas, a spa, fitness center and restaurants as well as a fiber optics network budgeted at 181.4 million euros.

The world's jet set will gather at the legendary Onassis' island, Scorpios, near Lefkada Ionian Sea island, bringing back the memories of its “glorious days”, when Jackie Kennedy and Aristotle Onassis held parties that became the “talk of the town” for years.
