Damage to the Archaeological site of the Temple Olympian Zeus and the shops at Louloudadika, the flower shops housed next to parliament, occurred during the clashes that broke out at the rally for the two-year anniversary of the Tempi train crash in central Athens.

A massive never before seen peaceful protest was infiltrated by anarchists, who after speecjes by families of victims of the Tempi train disaster, started rioting, hurling petrol bombs, rocks and other objects at polive next to Parliament.
