One hundred unaccompanied refugee children will be relocated to Finland, as agreed during a phone call between Alternate Migration and Asylum Minister Giorgos Koumoutsakos and Finland's Interior Minister Olly-Poika Parviainen, the migration ministry announced on Thursday.

The mayors of Crete have said 'yes' to the hosting of unaccompanied refugee children on the island in response to a call made by Deputy Labour Minister Domna Michailidou, during a meeting of the region's union of municipalities.
