The opening of the offer book for the re-issue of a 7-year title is simply just a matter of hours. Greece is sending an invitation with the aim of raising an amount of 1.5-2.5 billion euros. Cryred Investments, controlled by local businessman Spyros Theodoropoulos, on Friday submitted a request to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission to purchase all types of shares of Greece-based luncheon meats maker Nikas, essentially a “squeeze out” - a compulsory sale of shares held by minority shareholders with a fair cash compensation.
