Griveas and Vatsika were granted an extension to testify to the prosecutor on Monday. In the meantime they will be remanded in custody.
Kyriakos Griveas and Anastasia Vatsika, both involved in the case of unsecured loans issued by the Hellenic Postbank, are in the hands of the Greek police and are to face the Prosecutor whom investigates the case today.
A London court ruled a few months ago that businessman Kyriakos Griveas and spouse Anastasia Vatsika must be extradited to Greece to stand trial in relation to an unsecured loan issued by Hellenic Postbank as based on a European arrest warrant issued by Greek authorities, it was revealed Thursday.
The couple was arrested by the British authorities last January on the case of Hellenic Postbank last year and had been released on bail, while in July the proceedings for their extradition to Greece had began.
