Jailed Thessaloniki mayor in ICU

Jailed former Thessaloniki mayor, Vasilis Papageorgopoulos was rushed to the ECU at the Papageorgiou hospital in Thessaloniki in very serious condition.
The former mayor, who is serving time, after being convicted of embezzlement, was taken to hospital after complaining of acute chest pains.
Doctors diagnosed acute coronary syndrome and underwent coronary angiography. The procedure was very severe and the condition of his health is considered very serious
