Explosion at Thessaloniki injures seven

A small explosion took place on Thursday morning during an experiment at the Food Technology laboratory at the Thessaloniki TEI junior college at Sindos.
The explosion resulted in the light wounding of a TEI employee, who was taken to Ippokratio hospital. Six other people were taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons.
The small fire that broke out as a result was quickly put out by students and staff before the fire brigade arrived.
