Hellenic Navy out in force

The whole fleet is in the Aegean, since yesterday, as part of the planned operational training of units, conducting a series of technical exercises and military maneuvers.
These are the individual technical exercises of the respective commands of Fleet Headquarters "Lightning 3/14" of Frigate Commands, "Momentum 6/14" of Fast Attack Craft Command, "Seashore 3/14" of Amphibious Forces Command and "Thunder 1/14" of Mine Warfare Command , which will last until December 12 and will take place in areas of the Central and Southern Aegean and the Cretan Sea, involving frigates, missile craft, general support ships of the Fleet, gunboats, submarines, helicopters of Navy Aviation Command and operational teams of Underwater Demolition Command.
Finally, the above exercises will be held jointly with units of the Army and the Air Force.
